At Petals Automation, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of educational robotics kits ("Products") from our ecommerce platform. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and returns.
1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your intention to return the Product within 3 days of receiving it.
The Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
2. Return Process:

Once you have received an RA number, securely package the Product and ship it back to us at the address provided with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective Product.
3. Inspection and Refund:
Upon receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
If the Product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the Product, excluding any shipping charges, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective Product.
